״I created Mindful Folds to help individuals like myself find a tactile 'reset' amidst the digital noise.״
- WenShi, Founder

The Problem
BEYOND THE SCREEN
In Singapore's fast-paced work culture, constant screen time leaves people mentally drained and disconnected — from their work, from each other and from the present moment.
Origami changes that. It's a hands-on practice that pulls people away from their screens and into a shared, focused experience — whether you're given your team a genuine reset or giving your guests something they'll actually remember.

The Solution
A SOPHISTICATED APPROACH
Our ‘Mindful Folds’ programme elevates origami into a bespoke mixed-media practice centred on active stillness. By combining precision-based folding with artistic curation, we facilitate a hands-on creative break that leaves participants with a more focused mind.
Our tailored sessions are designed to meet three distinct scenarios:
-
Giving teams a genuine break through shared creativity
-
Deepening client relationships through shared experience
-
Creating memorable brand experiences that stand out

A PROVEN METHODOLOGY
From Client Event to Corporate Wellness
Originally developed as a curated client appreciation experience, the 'Mindful Folds’ programme was so well-received that we took it further into a dedicated corporate wellness offering. Whether for client events or staff retreats, the result remained the same: a tangible sense of calm and a shared creative achievement.
The Pillars
THREE PATHS TO ACTIVE STILLNESS
Employee Wellbeing
Unplug | Reset |
Create Together
Give your team a proper break from screens and back-to-back meetings. Our sessions are hands-on and focused — the kind of shared activity that brings people together without feeling forced.
Best for:
Learning & Development (L&D) programmes, team off-sites and mental wellbeing initiatives
Client Engagement
Connect | Appreciate | Memorable
Treat your most valued clients to something genuinely different. Origami is hands-on, personal and leaves them with something they made — a conversation starter long after the event.
Best for:
Private wealth sessions, client appreciation events and relationship-building retreats
Bespoke Activations
Story | Craft |
Experience
Elevate your brand launch with a workshop that guests will talk about. We build the 'Mindful Folds' practice around your event theme or brand narrative with your specific event narrative — custom paper selections, symbolic motifs — so every fold tells your story.
Best for:
Luxury brand launches, media previews and exclusive thematic activations

THE 120-MINUTE EXPERIENCE
The Mindful Folds journey is a 120-minute experience — structured, focused and designed to leave participants with something tangible. Shorter formats are available for client events and brand activations.
Phase 1 | 15 mins
CLEARING THE NOISE
Stepping away from screens and into the present moment
We ease participants out of meeting mode — hands on paper, minds off screens.
Phase 2 | 75 mins
INTO THE FOLD
Finding your rhythm through folding
Through the step-by-step process of origami, participants settles into a natural pace — where the hand and mind work together and the noise of the day fades out.
Phase 3 | 30 mins
ARTISTIC CURATION
Making it uniquely yours
Each participant brings their folds together into a finished mixed-media piece — one-of-a-kind and theirs to keep.
The Impact
WHAT PARTICIPANTS WALK AWAY WITH
'Mindful Folds' is more than a creative activity. Each session is designed to leave participants calmer, more focused and with a finished piece to take home.
Stress Reduction
A genuine break from pressure
Stepping away from screens and deadlines — even briefly — helps participants reset and return with a clearer mind.
Intentional Creativity
Building resilience through creative practice
Following geometric patterns builds patience and focus —and sometimes, mistakes could turn into artistic variations.
Shared Language
No art experience needed
Origami is hands-on and approachable — it brings people together naturally, without the awkwardness of forced networking.
Tangible Anchors
Something to keep
Each participants leaves with a finished mixed-media piece — a personal reminder of the session and a subtle nod to your brand every time it's seen.
Seamless Execution
A STRUCTURED PARTNERSHIP
Professional Ease | Stress-free Execution
Designed as a plug-and-play L&D experience for Singapore-based organisations, we manage every logistical detail so you can stay focused on your people — not the planning.
Intimate by Design
We cap each session at 20 participants — small enough for everyone to get personal guidance and leave with something they're proud of.

How we collaborate?
Step 1: Consult & Align | Understanding your Needs
We start with a discovery call to understand what you need — your team size, schedule and what you'd like participants to take away. We tailor the session accordingly.
Step 2: The WenzArt Kit | All Materials Provided
No preparation needed on your end. We bring everything — specialty Yuzen papers, acrylic sheets and all materials for every participant, ready from the first fold.
Step 3: Professional Facilitation | You're in Good Hands
WenShi personally leads every session. She understands corporate environments and knows how to get professionals genuinely engaged.
Step 4: Pause & Reflect | A Finished Piece to Take Home
The session closes with a moment to step back and take in what was made. Each participant leaves with their finished mixed-media piece — a personal reminder of the experience.
